- The mercenary Royce,the military Isabelle, the Russian soldier Nikolai, the San Quentin criminal Stans, the Sierra Leone militia Mombasa, the drug lord Cuchillo, the Yakuza Hanzo, and the doctor Edwin were awaken in free fall but they succeed to open their parachutes landing in a jungle. Soon they discovered that they were on another planet and they are preys of the aliens in a deadly hunting game, and they need to join forces to destroy their predators and survive.
- The setting of Predators was linked to the science-fiction genre as they characters in the movie landed on another where aliens were. The way the movie was directed showed that it was horror because the aliens were to pop out from anywhere which scared the audience. Lastly the setting of the movie was on another planet which made Predators an adventure film.
- Characters in Predators was linked to the science-fiction genre because all of the characters that landed on another planet were the best worriers and they had the strength to destroy the aliens as they were their predators.
- The theme was alien invasion as the worriers were getting hunted by the aliens on their planets as preys. This movie was set in another planet which shows that this movie is adventure film.

LR: Target audience: I think the movie Predators would be aimed at people aged 16 to 40 because this is a really good Science fiction movie that everyone would like to watch and mainly the young people.This would be aimed for mainly male as the movie contains a lot of action and normally females don't like that kind of and genre of that types of film. I think that 77% of male and 23% female would like this movie. Overall I think that this movie is aimed mainly at male as this is a action blockbuster. I think people who will enjoy this movie would also enjoy movies like Iron Man-1,2 and 3, Avengers,Transformers etc. because all of these movies are science fiction, because all these movie have everything in futuristic which makes it science fiction and Predators also fits into the same genre as these films so people who liked Predators would also like these movies.
